Responsibilities
Manage consultant on timely drawing production
Ensure contracts performed works according to KQS/ contracts/ codes/ drawings/ agreed program and within budget
Ensure document control system is in place
Ensure safety and technical meetings being conducted and issues raised being followed up
Spot check on site works (quality/ progress/ safety/ environment/ green)
Acts as Bird Flu manager
Prepare business continuity plan
Collate from staff and contribute local knowledge (local codes & regulations, good construction practices, green, safety, quality) and submit to PM Support Services
Prepare procurement schedule and manage progress
Prepare project cash flow
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Preferred course/ training: Construction Management
Work experiences :
Malls & other commercial centers
High Rise Office Buildings
High Rise Residential Buildings
Min 10 years of working experience in related fields
Good coordination skills
Excellent communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Good track record in the real estate development industry
Excellent people and project management skills
Highly self-motivated with a good team player & adaptable to a dynamic environment
Able to work independently with
High regards for quality & keen eye
Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues
Able to work under tight deadlines
Will be located in Bogor
